1) Choose a membership

Choose a membership that suits you best. 1 session per week (Basic) or 2-3 sessions per week (Unlimited).

2) Sign up for sessions

Sign up for the sessions that fit your schedule throughout the week. The more sessions you attend, the more training, results, body joy, and momentum you gain.

3) You also get home workouts

Every week you get a new home workout program, which you can do with bodyweight—or whatever equipment you have—to help you keep up momentum and maintain your training when the session times don’t fit your calendar. The home workout program is included in both memberships.

Meet your coach

Camilla is a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. She has coached many different groups and brings the best of functional training and CrossFit together in a well-balanced program. She creates a safe environment for everyone – from beginners to more experienced members. The focus is on good habits, joy of movement, and smart training in nature. She often joins the sessions herself and aims to build a welcoming community where we meet, have fun, and train together.

She helped me figure out what works for my life in terms of food and training, taking one step at a time. I recently gave birth, and she has been great at taking that into account. 60 years old, out of shape, never played sports, minor physical aches, and suddenly invited on a demanding backpacking hike in the Alps this summer – yikes! Something serious had to be done! My rescue was Mental Ro. I looked for a personal trainer I could entrust with my training. Camilla felt right because she also offers Pilates. I’m still convinced: Camilla is professionally skilled. She knows what she’s doing and got me started with strength training, circuit/endurance, Pilates, and running – a broad program. I’ve learned there are many ways to train with different goals. I feel safe and relieved to hand over responsibility for my training to Camilla. She chooses and adapts the exercises and supports me and my project of getting in shape. I could never have done it alone. It’s highly motivating that Camilla follows up and keeps me accountable. I couldn’t be more satisfied and highly recommend her.

Camilla is super skilled. I’ve had scoliosis surgery and have two titanium rods in my back, but that hasn’t stopped me from training. Camilla tailored a program so I can reach my goals – gaining weight and building more muscle. Camilla is highly recommended, and she’s always available if you have questions.

After three months with closed gyms, we discovered Anatomié by Holsted (now Mental Ro – Coach) and joined Camilla’s outdoor sessions. A great alternative to gyms – and outdoors! Camilla is professional and skilled and adapts the training to each person – younger and older alike. It’s fun and a full-body workout. We probably won’t go back to the gym.
